Overview
Our custom ceramic poker chips are the gold standard for personalized poker sets; casino-grade chips with fully custom artwork printed edge to edge, made to order at our printing facility in California.
Whether you're running a private poker room, hosting a home game, setting up a poker league, or looking for a unique corporate gift or promotional item, these chips deliver professional quality with completely custom design that covers every inch of the chip surface.
How Our Ceramic Chips Are Printed
Our custom ceramic poker chips are printed using a dye sublimation process. Your custom graphics are transformed into a gas state through the application of 400-degree heat, and that gas then permeates directly into the ceramic chip itself. This results in a permanent infusion of color and detail that cannot peel, fade, or scratch under normal use.
The image becomes physically part of the chip, not a label or laminate sitting on top of it.
Each chip weighs 10 grams, which gives them a solid, satisfying feel in hand. The same weight standard used by professional cardrooms and casinos.
Edge-to-Edge Customization
Unlike traditional clay composite chips, ceramic chips allow you to extend your design from one edge to the other, creating a visually seamless effect. Your artwork, logos, or graphics can span the entire surface of each chip: no inlay border, no blank edges, no design boundaries.
You can also print on the rolling edge; the thin side of the chip. Add text, stripes, a solid color, or any design element that wraps around the circumference to match the face.

Counterfeit Resistance
Ceramic poker chips are harder to counterfeit than standard clay composite chips because there is no separate inlay to replicate. The design is fused into the material itself. This is why so many of our cardroom and casino customers choose ceramics for their cash games. We also offer an optional laser etch security enhancement, which can be selected when configuring your order.

What Are Ceramic Poker Chips Made Of?
Ceramic poker chips are made from a solid ceramic composite material. Unlike clay composite chips, which use a metal insert and a printed vinyl label inlay, ceramic chips have no insert and no inlay. The design is printed directly into the surface of the chip. The color physically permeates the material rather than sitting on top of it.
The result is a chip that is smooth, hard, and durable, with a finish that maintains its appearance over years of normal play.
Available Sizes
We offer three diameter sizes to fit different preferences and use cases:
39mm - Standard casino chip diameter, the same size used in most professional cardrooms and casinos.
43mm - Oversized chip with more surface area. Great for detailed designs or a premium high-visibility look at the table.
46mm - Our largest size. Ideal for collector chips, promotional items, or high-roller home game sets.
All three sizes are available for full edge-to-edge custom design.
