"i’m a snob and have always insisted on pure clay authentic chips (even on weight- 10-12g). so i was t sure how i’d feel about ceramic composites (and their claimed “like clay”).

"Very likely the best quaity poker chips you can buy. I do have several sample packs from others, so I can honestly tell - this is the best product. Only one issue. They aren't 39mm. 38.5 at best. Since all the different denomination chips are the same size, it appears to be a production decision, rather than an anomaly. So they do feel a bit small in your hands."

Thanks for the review. You may see some chips go as low as 38.8, but not 38.5. I actually just took a digital caliper to 50 of the range was 38.8 to 39.1 and none were smaller than 38.8.

.2mm is extremely small to be able to feel the difference between a 39 mm. The only reason this happens is the chips are printed with high heat and pressure, and that does make the chip lose .2mm in diameter in some cases.

We do still advertise 39mm because 38.8mm is so close it's not even noticeable and it is the extreme bottom range. Again, I am glad you like the chips, and thank you for the feedback.

"The design of the chips immediately caught my attention. I like the solid edge color, which is different from all my other chip sets. Anyone interested in numismatics will get a kick out of these. Quality seems to be excellent. Given the production method, wear should not be an issue with these chips."

"I like this design, very interesting. A quarter would be a nice addition for lower stakes. The denomination wording along the outer side isn't exactly centered vertically so the text is ever so slightly cut off on two of the chips, I've seen much much worse elsewhere so I wouldn't consider this a deal breaker, but something to consider overall. Color in their photo is accurate in real life, mine is washed out with the flash on to pick up wording. Overall would probably buy a set in the future if I could get a few more denominations for lower stakes games."
