"Chips still do not fit perfectly and shipping was late."

"My 43mm chips seem to be still slightly too big for these racks. They fit, but not full rows, and the lids do not close entirely on a few. Also, I paid for expedited two-day shipping, and it still took 2 weeks."

Aaron if the lid can't close, then your chip is definitely larger than 43mm. The lid will close on these just shy of 45 mm. We sell thousands of these and we also use them in house when we print 43mm and we know the lids close completely on them.

As far as not fitting twenty in a row your chip is probably thicker than a standard chip. I would measure your chips to double check.
