Lava Club Tropical Tiki Ceramic Poker Chips
Bring some island heat to the table with Lava Club, a full-color tropical tiki poker chip collection designed for players who want something more memorable than a standard casino chip.
Bright tropical colors, carved tiki characters, hibiscus flowers, palms, ocean scenery and an erupting volcano give the set a lively Polynesian-lounge feel, while the coordinated layout keeps every denomination looking like part of one complete collection.
Each Lava Club chip is a 10-gram ceramic poker chip with full-color dye-sublimation printing. The artwork was specifically developed with small-format ceramic printing in mind, with clean midzones, controlled shadows, strong local contrast and color separation so the detailed tiki artwork remains readable at approximately 40 mm poker-chip size.
The outer field remains strongly tied to the denomination color, while the decorative geometric tiki patterns stay secondary so the chip color can be recognized immediately at the table. That color-first approach is part of the design system used throughout the collection.
At the center of every chip is a tropical Lava Club scene featuring a different carved tiki character.
Rather than repeating the same mascot across the set, each denomination has its own tiki face and expression. This includes different grins, teeth, open mouths and surprised expressions—while the surrounding sunset, palms, water, tropical foliage, hibiscus and volcano imagery tie the entire collection together.
The familiar LAVA CLUB name and TROPICAL POKER LOUNGE subtitle sit above a dedicated denomination placard, with the same ring proportions, typography and six carved geometric perimeter motifs carried consistently from chip to chip.
Denomination Designs
- 25¢ – Aqua: A bright light-aqua chip with its own carved tiki character and a cool tropical feel that makes the lowest denomination easy to spot.
- 50¢ – Bright Yellow: A vivid yellow chip with a different tiki expression, giving the set a high-energy tropical accent.
- $1 – Ivory: A warm ivory chip with a unique tiki face. The lighter field gives the colorful center artwork a clean, classic contrast.
- $5 – Bright Red: Built around a true bright-red field, with a distinctive surprised/open-mouth tiki expression that immediately separates it from the other characters.
- $25 – Lime Green: A bright green/lime chip with another individual tiki design and a changed mouth treatment for more personality.
- $50 – Royal Blue: A strong royal-blue chip with its own carved tiki character and a different facial expression.
- $100 – Black with Gold: The darkest chip in the collection, using a black field with gold-toned ornamentation and a unique tiki centerpiece for a more premium, high-value look.
- $500 – Purple: A rich purple chip featuring a playful tiki with its own facial treatment, keeping the character system varied across the set.
- $1,000 – Orange: A bright orange chip that stays clearly separated from the red $5 chip, paired with its own tiki character and tropical scene.
- $5,000 – Pink: A bright pink chip with a different tiki and expression, giving the higher-value end of the set an unmistakable look.
- $25,000 – Tan/Copper: A warm copper-tan chip with its own carved tiki personality and earthier tropical coloring.
- $100,000 – Light Gray: A light gray/silver-toned chip with a separate tiki character, providing a clean, neutral high-denomination option while keeping the Lava Club artwork vibrant.
Every denomination shares the same visual structure—center medallion scale, ring system, denomination placard, typography, tropical scenery and outer ornament placement—so the set stays cohesive even though every tiki is different. That consistency was a core production requirement throughout the design process.
The ceramic artwork was also developed to avoid the muddy, overly dark areas that can disappear when detailed designs are printed at poker-chip size.
Broad near-black regions inside the illustrations were minimized in favor of clearer printable tones, while essential outlines, typography and major borders retain the contrast needed for definition.
