Replacement layouts and materials are available for purchase on our website.
Lifetime warranty is not transferable.
We are able to ship our fine tables to Canada.
There are some extra transportation costs associated with customs and clearance, so we charge 15% of the order for duties and taxes.

Are you a traditionalist? The Rockwell poker table is maybe our most classic poker table.
The table features a durable racetrack, finished in Mahogany, for a sophisticated look. The Rockwell’s classic design accentuates comfort, with armrests uninterrupted by cup holders.
Like a fine bottle of wine or the perfect pour of aged scotch, the Rockwell is a tried and tested model that is just as comfortable in your game room as in your dining room.
The Rockwell features all of the perks of a casino-grade poker table, with the added option of converting it into a dining table. The stunning Mahogany gloss finish adds a sheen of elegance to your classy dinner nights.

The Rockwell is available in the classic configuration but is also customizable via upgrades for increased function and pizzazz.

Receiving Instructions Important!
HERE’S HOW TO PROPERLY RECEIVE YOUR POKER AND GAME TABLE
This poker table is subject to the following shipping guidelines.
Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and Poker Chip Lounge will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.
This poker table ships on pallets via ground freight, fully insured.
Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table.
Please note, most freight carriers require a 4 hour time window for delivery.
ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us PRIOR to your table shipping.
In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as you follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.
Once your table arrives the delivery driver is going to hand you a form called the "DR" or Delivery Receipt.
Once you receive this document sign it to state that you accept liability to inspect and go ahead and take a look at the boxes.
Count the number of boxes on the pallet and make sure your count matches that on the Delivery Receipt. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.
Next inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage.
In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.
If you do not note the damage on the Delivery Receipt you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment.
Given the chance that the driver informs you to sign so he can leave prior to inspection, kindly inform him that he has to wait for the inspection (typically you get 15mins to inspect) and you have the right to refuse any damaged portions of the shipment.
Remember, if you sign the delivery receipt and do not note any damages, you cannot claim damage afterward.
In the event that something is damaged:
Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the delivery paperwork. Send an email to service@pokerchiplounge.com along with photos of the damage and we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.
DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.
If you notice concealed damage while unpacking your table that was not clearly visible during delivery please contact us at service@pokerchiplounge.com with pictures of the concealed damage within 5 business days of receiving your shipment.
Please note Poker Chip Lounge or our carriers are not liable for damages that occur while moving your table into your residence or business.
So please make sure you have assistance on the day your table arrives to insure you and your table make it inside safely as your new table is quite HEAVY. DO NOT DELAY.
